Dr. Hoover is a native Tucsonan and received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 1994. He opened Wellhorse, LLC in 1995 to serve the equine community. Dr. Hoover went back to school in 2001 and became certified in equine chiropractic.
Through the years, he has worked on many horses and many disciplines, including Arabians, dressage, cross country, hunter jumper, and western performance horses.
